I’ve been working with Szostak Design on some new renderings of potential lot layouts and units on Inara Court. Here is a rendering of our roughly 1,800 square foot base model (2 bedrooms) with a one-car garage. Its shown on Lot 1, which is located on the corner of Fidelity Street and Inara Court. We’ll post some info about our different model types soon with floor plans and some preliminary options. We will start marketing units in April, prior to our April 22nd open house.
