Rogue Designer
Paul Snow loves architectural design. If you stalk his Pinterest profile, you'll find beaucoup Modernist, Art Nouveau, Minimalist and Classic architecture design boards. (There are also some Pins of Orcs and Hobbits sprinkled in there.) He believes things should not just be well designed but well made, and if made with sincerity can be appreciated for eras.
Yates-Greene started with a new construction LEED modern house in downtown Chapel Hill on Yates Alley. This was project was led by Phil Szostak Design. At the same time, Paul was diving into his first solo project—the design and development of two new mid-century homes on Greene Street in Chapel Hill.
Paul lives in Chapel Hill with his partner, Meredith, and their three adopted cats: Viola, Beatrix Kiddo, and Ms. Milo Brownstones. On occasion, you may catch Paul and Meredith playing in their lounge-noir band, The Drowning Lovers.
